For Peaceful Worship:
In daily life conditions, and especially in winter, it can be a problem for women to make wudu. Despite the serious efforts of the Presidency of Religious Affairs and acute in recent years, there are still major deficiencies in the ablutions of many mosques. When it becomes difficult to make wudu, we have to perform our prayers with tight wudu, even if we are not at ease in our hearts. Sometimes we are defeated by the negative conditions and cannot perform the prayers. However, it is possible not to succumb to difficult conditions!
This can only be achieved by taking the life style of our Prophet (PBUH) and acute; listening to their advice and becoming conscious. One of them is mesh, which is very convenient in wudu. We know from authentic sources that the Prophet and acute; anointed his life while he was making ablutions. We believe that the ease provided by anointing in our worship life, whether in terms of circumcision or license, should be revived.
In this context, we believe that mest will fill a great void and make it easier to worship in unfavorable conditions.
Catechism Information
While performing ablution, it is necessary to wipe three fingers of the hand on the mest once with the wetness of the hand and it is sufficient. For this, it is required that the mestin is worn with wudu, that it completely covers the parts of the foot that need to be washed during wudu, and that it is made of a durable and solid material. The ability to walk about 6 kilometers with Mest or stand upright when left is mentioned as a measure of this durability and strength. There should not be a hole, slit or tear in the lower part of the heel of the mest, above or below it, so that three of the toes can enter, and water should not get into the mest. It can be wiped on socks that are covered with leather or have claws on them. Abu Yusuf and Imam Muhammad, who are among the Hanafi jurists, are of the opinion that without seeking the condition that they should be clawed under, they can be rubbed on thick and durable felt and wool socks, while a group of jurists do not seek these conditions and can be anointed on socks.
Situations that invalidate ablution. If the mest that is anointed comes out or is removed from the foot, the water that enters the mest gets wet more than half of a foot, or the end of the meshing period invalidates the mesh. The duration of the anointing on the mest is one day and one night (24 hours) for non-passengers, and three days and three nights (72 hours) for travelers.
This period starts from the first hadath, that is, the first state that invalidates the wudu, after the mest is worn with wudu. After this time has elapsed, the feet should be washed with water and ablution should be performed, and if necessary, the mest should be put on again. On the other hand, the wudu of a person who has made wudu by washing his feet will not be invalidated if he takes off the mest and puts it on as long as this wudu continues. A person who makes wudu by wiping over the mests and removes his mests can only complete his wudu by washing his feet.
